R. Jones Builders

R. Jones Builders, Inc. is family owned and operated by Russell Jones, a Licensed General Contractor and North Carolina native. Russell was born and raised in Onslow County by a devoted and hard working Christian family. After graduating from high school in 1990, Russell began his career in construction as a carpenter working for a local building contractor. There he worked and gained the experience necessary to pursue the opportunity of developing his own business.

R. Jones Builders was established in 1998, and shortly thereafter, Russell obtained his General Contractor’s license in 1999. With more than twenty years of experience, Russell has been building quality homes and buildings that are sensible and energy efficient. He has been satisfying homebuyers and investors in Onslow County for many years and plans to continue doing so by remaining loyal to the people and businesses in this area. Russell strives to keep his work localized and employs the use of local subcontractors to assist in his building projects. 

Russell is a dedicated husband to his wife, Erica. They have two sons, Logan and Colby. As a family they attend, and are members, of Tar Landing Baptist Church. Russell and his family have “planted their roots” in the town of Richlands, with all intentions of remaining residents of Onslow County. Russell is also a member of the Onslow County and North Carolina Home Builders Association.
